Small mistake, but made it right

When I received my personalized scorecard holder my name was off center slightly, but noticeable. A quick online chat to tell them the problem and that I thought the silver was a little too bright and asked I could just get it embossed with no paint fill. Within the week I received two new scorecard holders, perfectly centered names, one with silver fill and one just black embossed. This is why I ordered from a company in Canada, great customer service.

This was a great purchase. I am so happy with the monogrammed scorecard holder I got! Used it once so far and it got some great comments from the rest of my group! Feels like really good construction. The only thing I wish is that it was slightly wider as the scorecard of my home course is a bit to wide to fit comfortably but with some small alterations it worked just fine. Will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know, and will probably be back soon for the globe holder!
