Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not totally satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it in it's original, new condition within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund, excl. shipping costs. Items are also subject to a 25% restocking fee. In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item(s).
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Please note: Orders do not ship out the same day they are placed! Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Lost or Stolen
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Items not received or marked undelivered due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back to Vancouvergolfco and will incur a restocking fee.
